Emma - Safeguarding Lead

Hello, I am Emma, the Designated Safeguarding Lead for The Beauty Project.

I have 18 years of experience working in the Health and Social Care sector, with 12 of those years spent in Residential Children's Homes. My primary areas of expertise are supporting children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, offering additional training in behaviour management to support.

My career in childcare began as a carer in a Residential Children's Home and I am now the proud manager of two Ofsted 'Outstanding' children's homes.

During this time, I have gained my Level 3 in children and young peoples workforce, Level 5 safeguarding and Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services.

As part of The Beauty Project, I also oversee any complaints should they arise.
